We want you to love your NLRM T-shirt. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return any unworn, unwashed item in its original condition within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned with tags attached and free from any marks, odours, or damage. We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
Email us at orders@nlrmtshirts.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions.
Pack the item securely with your order number clearly written inside. Use the original packaging if possible.
Post your return to the address we provide. We recommend using a tracked service. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days, or dispatch an exchange.
If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days with a photo of the issue. We will cover all return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
